In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the militaryindustrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.

We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.

Akin to, and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial-military posture, has been the technological revolution during recent decades.

In this revolution, research has become central; it also becomes more formalized, complex, and costly. A steadily increasing share is conducted for, by, or at the direction of, the Federal government.

Today, the solitary inventor, tinkering in his shop, has been overshadowed by task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields. In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research. Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers.

The prospect of domination of the nation’s scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present

Well, of course, HDS may not yet have its own server and networking resources, but that can be only an acquisition or two away and therefore easily immediately solved/resolved.
And what we can read there of Hitachi Data Systems cloud strategy would appear to be a prime candidate vehicle for AI and AI Parallel Programming Projects which present future reality product placements ……. Virtual AIRealities which replace the Analogue Past with its failed and corrupted and perverted and inequitable and conflicting administrations and institutions, with Digital Futures in AIdDerivatives with Infinite Options and Unparalleled Opportunities, which are only hindered by one’s own lack of Imagination and Application. Fortunately though, would there be others who would not be so shackled and disenabled ….. cowed and impotent.

Should the International Criminal Court not accept the surrender and provide full protection, would Western democracy and justice be revealed to all as a pathetic scam and cynical front which aids a global terror organisation waging wars against states to stay in existence with the execution of military might, and that would be a catastrophic revelation which would destroy more than just the credibility of the West with its allies, who would then be recognised as supporters of global terror campaigns rather than, as they are pimped and pumped by media and perceived by the public to be, and that would be a fab brain-washing on a grand global scale if everyone’s perception on the matter was proven to be artificially engineered to suit a criminal terrorist agenda, guardian angels battling against terror campaigns.
For such social engineering feats are easily done with media collusion, which really only needs for them/media to be totally in ignorance of what can be done with IT and such sublime and MkUltraSensitive programming.
And with regard to “Saif knows too much” …. is the Internet an ideal place to reveal what he would know, should the West be revealed to be against the course of justice and sharing of evidence in International Criminal Courts …… and it would be most unusual to not expect any intelligence chief nowadays, not to have that option already in place and primed to go/blow in any number of locations, which will never be found until after publication and global sight of the information. It is the intelligent thing to always do, and is so very easily done.

Christ …. they just haven’t a clue, have they, about the significance of what the medium can do, in the control of those who know what the medium can do. The title says it all, perfectly.
And have you any idea about what it tells everyone who knows what the medium can really do virtually, about the state of national security intelligence and the low level of cyber intelligence in the corridors of power and government in the UK, for they are two quite separate departments.
Who claims responsibility for the hiring of top CyberIntelAIgent Security Practitioners? Who interviews Virtual Field AIgents and has authority to pay them the tens and hundreds of millions they are worth whenever they reveal what needs to be known to counter that which they reveal is known by those leading in such as are IT Virtual Reality and Quantum Communications Fields? A simple email address so that an interview can be arranged is all that is needed these days …. to demonstrate, well Miraculous Powers with Virtual Remote Controls is no exaggeration or false promise from those Active and Operative in the Terrain.
Methinks there is no one with such savvy, and thus are governments everywhere puppets of private enterprise and ITStars. But I would be as pleased as Punch to be proved wrong.
