Of course, that was written twelve years ago at least, and things have changed considerably in that space of time, and one is better advised to accept that the control which governments believe they have, and which they would wish the masses to believe they have, is quite delusional and a large illusion supplied/afforded to them by IT and Media Space Controllers who would be tailoring reality virtually and feeding new seeds with novel needs and source streams.
