Yes, Agent Pete 8, quite so. And most probably would he be smart enough to understand the wider implications of it too, and be able to make great Great Game use of IT too. Certainly are such forces as one would have reasonably expected to be interested enough to make contact in the West doing themselves no favours by remaining …… out of touch.
One wonders whether that is them being just too smart for their own good with them having a shrewd enough idea of what can be done, or whether they are just nowhere near bright enough to lead in a brave new orderly worlds direction whenever current operations are destroying their credibility base and exposing their every intelligence weakness.

A real dumb race is primitive man……and when so easily led and sublimely programmed by tools/fools to be fools/tools, is the potential, and are the opportunities for a Global Systems MakeOver and Computer and Communication Command and Control Occupation, a fabulous prize for SMARTer Beta Virtual Programmers/ARGonauts/AIMasterPilots.

Do you think that is something Holywood Loughside, Palace Barracks is responsible for and live fire testing/expeditionary force field pioneering?

And were you to ask them and receive assurances that would deny all knowledge of such a sensitive ProgramMING, would you believe them, knowing what you know of them and what can be so easily done today with digital technology/binary code manipulation, to deliver what the future offers? Or would you know that they never could be be so bright given the history of the past and its glorious back catalogue of reactionary blunders and evolutionary missteps?

I suppose the really sad truth in that question, though, to confirm as it undoubtedly would the defaulted primitive intelligence levels in humans, is that you probably would believe even some faceless spokesperson, speaking anonymously and saying that such service never discuss what may or may not be active and/or experimental exploratory intelligence matters, who denied any knowledge of Sublime ProgramMING ……. which quite spookily allows ignorance to deliver a cloak of stealth to operations which is as least as good as anything Invisibility would deliver.

Without media to do their bidding/pimp and pump its memes and tall tales, are monied power elites impotent and exposed to catastrophic ruin, with the likely attention of rabid mobs seeking them out to settle old scores/exact vengeance. And they don’t control words nowadays, do they? They/the system now competes and labours in vain against them and would try to prevent truthful information/whistleblower intelligence being presented and globally known …….. which is the act of a real dumb fool and useless tool in this day and age of instant global communication, methinks.

Isn’t Facebook just a metadatamining operation into which one pours personal secrets and latent desires for others to sell on and server back to you, with a price tag attached to your dreams? Or are they supplied free at no personal future cost, and is that what makes it a valuable float/stock …… for a new kind of sociably responsible capitalism?
It is also a great spying program too, of course, delivering all sorts of high leveraging positions with the private information it makes available.

It would appear that anyone able and/or enabled to exercise intelligence which does not agree and support Uncle Sam’s global shenanigans/imperialist ambitions is considered as a threat by that which passes for intelligence in US spy circles. Stop accepting certain printed paper bills, because of the damage that they cause around the world, and you will discover that the world is a much safer and more pleasant space/place, and that is the problem which faces both the ignorant fool/arrogant tool which would work without intelligent leadership to maintain an old untenable position that thinks wealth/printed paper money delivers power and control.

I wonder how likely a major systemic financial failure triggered by concerted spontaneous zeroday cyber attacks [anonymous squirmishes :-)] is?
