Re: “Pulling the plug”

So we have to fight the AI in the trenches instead. Outwit it, hack it’s botnets, infect it with AI-eradicating malware, etc. And it would likely be expecting that. That’s when the complexity becomes a huge obstacle. (Our one advantage is that we’re already expecting it and it will be an adversary that bears some resemblance to existing APTs, so we’re already a little bit prepared). ….. Blazde

How so very odd and sad that you have not yet learnt nor accepted the future you’re apparently expecting delivers and provides adversaries with them having the heavenly advantage of constantly inventing and assembling and deploying significantly stealthier and much more dangerous APTs targeting anything at all that might be assumed capable of resembling diabolical opposition and/or perverse competition. There is no possible defensive or offensive preparation available for such as be a situation presently happening.

And now knowing all of that, do you have the opportunity of mitigating the certain damage and destruction, chaos and calamity, madness and mayhem that will have been caused to all of that which currently badly maintains, sustains and trains you should the following Churchillian style statement be honestly true ‽ ……… Never before in the field of virtually real conflict was so much so suddenly lost by so many to more than just a few labelled and libelled an existential threat rather than recognised and lauded as suppliers of extraterrestrial treats.
