Offensive cyber-operations against any excessively taxing oppressive government leaders/ministers/servants/collaborators are entirely legitimate resistance and very effective disruptive actions of civil disobedience and are a direct result from both renegade rogue private parties and mass general public discontent reflecting on all failures to secure and guarantee peaceful and equitable and prosperous futures for all, rather than just a precious protected few.
