It must also be said it is a field in which sociopaths and psychopaths exercise and entertain themselves with fantasies to inflict upon and materially effect countless others, so not something which is made easy because of the many great practical difficulties encountered to prevent such self-centred obsessive subversive leadership.

One man’s Cyber-Dome is another’s concentration camp and that would be certainly be controversial when both either true and valid or otherwise.

Such though is always the genuine nature of such things and thus fully to be expected.
