Non NSS systems mission owners and AO fully mindful of the limiting security controls consistent with CNSS jurisdiction and weaknesses to be found in DNI information supply, will most probably always advise NSS of known unknown problems which will allow them to select the correct non-NSS systems mission owners and AO.
