Did you make an elementary mistake in that sentence and really mean to say trillions of further debt were hiding in unaudited accounts of auctions of Treasury securities that are exclusively handled by the FRBNY?
It would certainly make a great deal more sense of all the nonsense that media and government blimps pimp to the masses on the state of the nation and economy.

Oh, there is demand, seer, but bankers are not intelligent enough to recognise where/who money should be transferred to, for proprietary spending on that which is needed/desired by new patrons of the system by new system patrons and which will generate current and power in a newly energised sector of future intellectual property.
However, that particular and peculiar bottleneck which would have a throttling chokehold on mountains of flash cash funds in petrified to lend and send banking, only just needs a clearer explanation of future opportunities and processes presented to the intellectually challenged, to see the difficulty resolved and cash flow restored/reserves forwarded to those new patrons of the system.
