Of course we have an idea, AC, and it is that then can a select few chosen people, lord it like kings and queens over the trolls and proles. The secret for unqualified success and continuity of reign and oppression and suppression though, is to make sure that no one knows that is what it is used for, and clearly has that now failed catastrophically, and who would want to be harbouring secrets whenever that is known? Secrets then are as a virtual death sentence for their keepers, once the mob is informed and inflamed to righteous and rightful action.
