How do you know if your communications are being intercepted and/or being handled by those/offices/services not intellectually well enough equipped to respond with even the simplest of either positive or negative replies, [replies which of course can be so easily used and/or abused and metadatabase analysed by smarter beings elsewhere, to render an accurate present overlay picture of current intelligence levels at so many different levels of intelligence in systems being tested for fuller security protection against irregular and unconventional “Red Team” interventions/zeroday vulnerability exploits/binary shenanigans] whenever a public service/government department/elected community representative is unable to, or would choose not to reply and not even acknowledge message receipt?[for fear of opening up a stream of thought and consciousness/novel action and future planning which would in the control of others with a significantly greater understanding of what can so easily be done today, and, much more importantly, how it is so easily done with Creative CyberSpace Command and Control of Computers and Communications, IT and Media.]

So what is all the fuss about? It is only paper currency and that is intrinsically worthless …… but quite surprisingly effective as a means of exchange for other things one would be wanting to purchase for a fistful of dollars or two …… although it does more than just educate everyone to the scam that is money easily printed and/or electronically transferred to realise a program/product, which in this particular case, is a continuing war, which does not reflect well upon the intelligence of Pakistan or Uncle Sam.
