That quote, which was headlining this alien visit to the Daily Bell, is in certain need of radical revision, given the unbelievable powers now freely available in cyberspace to any and all who can use them. To know of them is one thing but one really needs to be able to simply exercise them on a global scale to change human perception and micromanage universal behaviour.

It is probably more true today to posit that with Networks Internetworking JOINT Applications everywhere as they do nowadays, as unbelievable as it may seem, may it be just three souls able to change the world whenever they meet/get their acts together, although I would not argue with anyone who would prefer to believe it is nearer three dozen or three hundred or even at a stretch, three thousand, although then is there every likelihood of conflict and division leading to much like the state of disorderly affairs being presently experienced. Methinks the notion that it would need be any more is definitely fanciful and would be designedly misleading.
