Well that is one fine option, Timur the Lame, but there are surely others too. An Intelligent Meritocracy of Benevolent Providers and SMART Mentors is another. A System or Body which shows Leadership which all can Follow and Prosper from, is surely what is required and desired, for one cannot expect the masses to be intellectually equipped to provide anything, other than their enthusiastic support for new ideas floated, although that in itself would be more than enough to create a brave new world with no frontiers or barriers to rapid progress.
