Can you imagine the carnage and chaos in the CONUS whenever the troops are brought home to discover …… well, that there is nothing for them to do, and the natives are revolting, for there is nothing for them to do and apparently there is no money for anything ….. but trillions for giving to bankers and starting wars, which always end in defeat.

Can anyone cite any warrior who started a war and could then claim to be victorious over what he had attacked? Or is war always won with a peace declaration and civil negotiations and necessary acceptable constructive reparat
