There are however a number of issues which can change one’s perspective and have one consider alternative innovative options which would be a necessary derivative of initial core values and intentions to make the most efficient use of assets as they are found on the ground/in the field.

Oh please, you cannot be serious about the military “fast becoming a cyber-force to be reckoned with” whenever they are frightened of their personnel interreacting with the Wider Wilder Wacky Internet. Indeed there apparently are standing orders for them not to visit it, even on their own machines and off duty.

And who the hell wants to be an ordinary hacker to be hunted down by dodgy, fearful governments whenever extraordinary and irregular and unconventional is where all the filthy lucre is at ….. and governments and militaries, admittedly though only those few who would be getting their acts together, are such fabulous payers for the very best of Great Game Players/Non-State Actors.

And some would say that just as the War on Terror is actually a War of Terror, so is a failing government’s War on Cyber Terrorism also a self defeating attack on itself if it is used and abused to curtail new information and intelligence just because it exposes their own rotten-to-the-core apples in the pork barrel.

And the Fed heist of trillions of imaginary dollars doesn’t even get a mention in Phrack World News …. and yet that is all done electronically with manipulation of codes and algorithms.
