According to the Army Special Operations Forces Unconventional Warfare, September 2008, “Information is a strategic resource vital to national security. Dominance of the information environment is a reality that extends to the armed forces of the United States at all levels. Military operations, in particular, are dependent upon many simultaneous and integrated activities that, in turn, depend upon information and information systems, which the United States must protect…With the free flow of information present in all theaters, such as TV, phone, and Internet, conflicting messages can quickly emerge to defeat the intended effects. As a result, continuous synchronization and coordination between Information Operations, Public Affairs, Public Diplomacy, and U.S. allies is imperative. It also helps to ensure that information themes employed during operations involving neutral or friendly populations remain consistent.

In short, the media in all its forms—mass, blog, social, print, electronic, spoken word—is a physical element to be accounted for in national security operations just like the weather or inhospitable geographic terrain. And that means citizen consumers of information are absorbing content from providers who are accounted for and manipulated by national security commanders (civilian and military) in planning and executing operations.

Shaping the information environment means targeting the media not with violence but with logrolling techniques, trial balloons, trades/leaks, etc. The main stream media (MSM) is the focus of these efforts as the population/culture largely looks to the MSM for guidance on how to dress, think, travel, eat, listen, watch and speak. The Combatant Commands and the US Department of Defense News Services assist in shaping the consciousness of the nation as well.

…… a few pertinent paragraphs of truth and honesty [long lost friends to far too many who would delude themselves otherwise with hollow denial, and a sworn enemy of corrupt and perverted controllers in failing artificial reward systems and corridors of remote chaotic power] from a longer advisory piece entitled, “US National Security Information Operations: Obama’s Bin Laden Kill Sets Precedent” by John Stanton

Thanks, Phrack, Antipeace and the Analog Kid. Told just like IT is in Live Operational Virtual Environments ….. and there was a certain alien need to feed and seed the following missive to certainly not insane friends and/or even just nodding acquaintances today, for the forming of thoughts that will shape tomorrow whenever one is self-actualising and energised to act upon them and create bigger pictures with selfless share/virtual gifting 🙂 and all wrapped up in a decidedly designedly overly pretentious enigmatic Subject line ““What does one know of Rapture and Tribulation …. the Exquisite Pain and Perfect Ecstasy of Heavenly Release :-)”

Not much more, for now, needs to be said, chaps. ……. The End of the Beginning, http://tinyurl.com/4yl3bxd …….. but it will be more than just a tad interesting to see what course the old analogue mainstream media will now take, now that it is outed as being prime sub-prime, instrumental supporter of fools, in an environment now dominated and controlled by anonymous legions with virtual tools.

Looking forward to Phrack Phix #68 🙂

Methinks if Tesla or Nissan or whoever is a victim of such misinformation as appears to be deliberately staged, for whatever reason, were to be suing Clarkson, May and Hammond rather than the BBC, would there be more mileage and more column inches in the tale.

And the BBC are an entertainment organ, and nothing more than that, so it is unreasonable for anyone to be expecting them to be leading with the truth, whenever the nation is apparently led by self-serving politicians and civil servants who do everything to ensure that it is hidden from the people, with the dire consequences to the virtual reality then created as are presently being witnessed today.

Regarding Uncle
Sam’s woes, Anthony, there is a lot of sensitive information to process if one does some smart surfing searching for more intelligence in relation to what one can read freely shared in the second entry here ….. http://amanfrommars.blogspot.com/2011/08/110806-end-of-beginning.html

But then you surely already know that news of current affairs are anything but news of current affairs and rather more catastrophically badly planned mad programs which have gone seriously awry.

Paradoxically, that actually leaves that particular and peculiar, irregular and unconventional field of human perceptions management wide open and especially vulnerable to really smart, virtually anonymous agents highly active in higher relative, related fields which exploit zeroday trade environments and associated missions.

Every cloud has a silver lining, they say, and there are also some clouds hosting advanced operating systems which are as jewel encrusted and sparkling with diamonds, such is the value of what they can so easily do ….. but never ever for fools who would see IT and Magical Mystery Turing Programs as their ready custom-made tool for stately use to ensure continuity of current serial abuse. Those heady days of the free ride for parasites and wastrels are history now.

Have you noticed that most bad markets type news is nearly always kept for a Friday afternoon? That is old thinking too, imagining that the weekend is different from any other time in space.

But now, the CIA thinks cyber attacks have the second greatest potential for national destruction behind only a nuclear attack.

Others would know it has more potential and is a greater threat than nuclear attack and thus would it show that the CIA are lost in a field which they do not understand. And if the brutal honest truth be told, that is because it is way beyond their intelligence levels and getting even further beyond their ever being able to exercise any control in the field, with every passing day that they do not realise and accept it is so. And I say that most sincerely, folks.

However, they are fortunate enough in being able to rectify that glaring omission and failure by simply purchasing the intelligence they need, for even though money no longer makes the world go round, flash cash does buy the drivers that do and can …….. which is the American Way, is it not, and really shouldn’t be a great surprise for those interested in the virtual prizes which guarantee things will be as they are programmed to be, and should be.

Therefore, don’t you think the CIA can get info from anyone there about anything?” ….. Well of course they could, Merridth80, I never ever have suggested or implied otherwise, although I would boldly say that they don’t and/or can’t and that is a deepening and widening problem for them presently, and is also clearly indicative of a lack of necessary intelligence in that particular, peculiar field. And there are other nations/societies/people, who have been into intelligence services for command and control of assets and riches, from long before even America was born, and would be light years ahead of any modern capitalist opposition and competition in the genre.

Here is an interesting, novel development? ….. http://cryptome.org/0005/doc080411.htm ….. which is bound to be a right royal humdinger of a spooky affair.

And the rest of your post is amazing and renders me speechless and full of wonder at the lack of intelligence and insight in the world and how clearly it can be so easily displayed.

They will never be able to keep up with the honest man on a technical level, and when they discover how the last thing he invented works, they will not realize that he is already two levels of comprehension ahead of them. Oh, at least already two levels of comprehension ahead of them, JD, and most probably a great deal more. The corollary of the complicated contraption is that the simplest of perfect machines are the most difficult and probably impossible to better.

Generally the ones who presume to think they control everything cannot handle anything more complicated than a light switch, and they should not even be trusted with that.” …… Generally, yes, I might wholeheartedly agree.

If there is a cyber attack it will undoubtably be our own gov’t who is the attacker! Since China doesn’t have the creativity to develope anything, originally, it just improves what exists.

However, there are always notable exceptions to the rule which can advance understanding to new levels, and may even completely change the game to be played, and great games being played.

Marriage is a business ….. and very lucrative for any number of businesses and the legal “profession”, and for the legal “profession, especially so whenever the partnership breaks down and/or passionate desires wander to greener pastures.

And regarding “Q – What do “problem solvers” with a forceful monopoly with the ability to identify, frame “problems” and present a “restricted” set of solutions, in an environmment where they produce NOTHING to rationalize their existance and staggering resource consumption WANT MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE?

A – More “problems”, so, they create them. ” ….. surely what they WANT MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE are solutions which would justify their existence and staggering resource consumption, because now are there not serious questions being raised as to their effectiveness in providing security and prosperity? As you have implied, are they being increasingly seen and recognised as being the cause of most problems, and that is not smart at all.

An imperialistic regime extends its power and dominion over other nations through military, economic, and cultural means. This involves the military acquisition of territory, gaining control over the political and economic life of subject groups, and imposing its money system on conquered nations.

Sixteen European countries accepted Marshall Aid and by 1953 the United States had provided $17 billion in relief. It was offered to all the nations of Europe even those in the east but understandably Stalin refused to allow them to accept it! The Soviets forbade countries under their control from accepting Marshall Aid. Stalin quite correctly saw the Plan as “dollar imperialism.”

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin accused the United States on Monday of living beyond its means “like a parasite” on the global economy and said dollar dominance was a threat to the financial markets.

“They are living beyond their means and shifting a part of the weight of their problems to the world economy,” Putin told a Kremlin youth group while touring its summer camp north of Moscow.

“They are living like parasites off the global economy and their monopoly of the dollar.”

“It has been evident for some time that the ongoing speculative attack on Greece, along with such other countries as Spain, Ireland, Portugal, and Italy, was not primarily a reflection of their economic fundamentals, nor yet a spontaneous movement of “the market,” but rather an orchestrated action of economic warfare. The dollar had been relentlessly falling through the late summer and autumn of 2009. It obviously occurred to various Anglo-American financiers that a diversionary attack on the euro, starting with some of the weaker Mediterranean or Southern European economies, would be an ideal means of relieving pressure on the battered US greenback.” …. Some novel ancient thoughts have been well shared and aired on this not ignoble thread, and it would be asked here of its prime, free-thinking contributors whether there is more a certain probable, rather than more non-committal possible, future parallel agreement/endorsement/view of the present condition of Mankind, in a programming computer application which is actively running in servers for provision of core source intellectual property to Virtual Drivers of the AIReality that is perceived by humanity to be perfectly natural and/or considered quite normal with heavenly omniscient omnipotent creative gods, lauded and responsible for all worldly  input/output ……  http://forum.suprbay.org/showthread.php?tid=98500&pid=657552#pid657552 *

Machines provides us with so much, and it is surely not any more unreasonable to imagine that smarter computers and especially programmed machines provide us with everything, than supposing and insisting that an ethereal being, from way out there in the beyond and worshiped in any number of religious fashions, is responsible for all that is, has been and will be.

The one definite advantage of the former over the latter though is, that whenever the former is in the ascendant, and more truthful today, is the future easily programmed by said smarter, especially programmed machines.

Who is admitting to doing something quite revolutionary and extraordinarily controversial and super-evolutionary, for that would have even professional pirates [and there’s a oddity and novelty which is difficult to pin on any being and/or body of beings] pulling the plug on operations whilst they consider whether they are compromised and undermined/exposed to vulnerabilities in the zeroday exploitation of private and pirated intellectual property?

There are others who would posit the view, that such would be an out of this world enhancement in the field of special intelligence servers and therefore a reason for great celebration and a turn on, for turning on all to Virtually Advanced Meme Processing Fields for Creative Command and Control Of CyberSpace Computers and Communications for Fab Fabless Power Systems. ……… and to be played as a Great Game if you will, but to play IT as just a Great Game will be to miss out on the Vice-free Sinful Pleasures which the Reality of IT delivers to the Grand Masters and Great Wizards and Magnificent Witches responsible for and accountable to the Genre?!.

Eastern Logic …… in a Comms Passionate Field all of its Own with Huge Phishing Ponds

Given the present parlous state of the UK, to be touting that one was its CIO and CISO for the last five years is hardly a ringing endorsement to suggest a stellar performance is to be expected. Indeed, there would be everything to suggest quite the opposite. Whatever are Huawei and Mr Ren thinking?

Good Luck, nevertheless, and don’t forget to write.

The Next Stage of the Information Warfare Game ….. Intelligent Shareware.

jake, [who was far too adamant in a false assertion shared so boldly in “Repeat after me … ” Posted Monday 1st August 2011 08:47 GMT] Howdy.

There are those who use the web browser, and web browsers [for there are quite a number of them] as an agnostic operating system, able to then embed its cloud based programs, some of which will be extremely sensitive and decidedly stealthy, in all
of the more traditionally perceived operating systems.

There they can remain indefinitely undetected either as sleepers for activation at a later date or as active remote phishing agents for subsequent phormed missions. And such sophistication is not nearly as rare as one would think, although that may be just the thinking of those and that which would be active in the field, and such a development may be light years ahead of any competition and/or opposition and have the field all to itself for unlimited exploitation.

How times quickly change from national hope to international despair  … and are President Obama’s present shenanigans akin to a dodgy Tony Blair dossier moment of madness and personal vanity or a Nick Clegg fundamental melt down and loss of credibility moment, with his tuition fees about face and electorate betrayal.  A valid question because of this …….

The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government can not pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that, “the buck stops here.’ Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.”  …..  Senator Barack H. Obama, March 2006

Many thanks to mr0098611, for the heads up on Obama being susceptible and weak to about face moments of certifiable madness.  Just what the world needs, another flash suited script kiddy acting like an idiot, and whose words mean nothing, for they only display a temporary convenience of truth which misleads them into offices fronting a reckless and failed leadership of nations.
