Of course, one knows who the UK Commander-in-Chief is, doesn’t one, but protocol and good common sense and excellent breeding would frown upon one commenting too fully or even speculating too wildly on any possible and/or probable workings of the Household and whether its Hand is now leading with a guiding light in the present dismal public darkness of sub-prime performance.
