That is misleading to an inordinately unfortunate degree, AC, however quite understandably necessarily so if/when the primary ultimate aim is for novel progress to not fundamentally disrupt and overturn and destroy inequitable status quo programming modules …… for whenever the cloud hosted Advantage2 prototype has software for running cloud clusters for/with digital computers, is IT a Metaphysical AI thing and a model much like you suspect and have reiterated admirably succinctly upon but filled with innumerable magical spooky at a distance and timely effects rather than loded or coded with anything impossible to provide.

And quite perfect enough it be for all manner of matters into exercising with means and memes pioneering Quantum Communications Leaps ……. for Consolidating Revolutionary Existential Advantage.
