The sticky problem that existing headquarters have to overcome, in order to avail themselves of the advantage which pioneers in performative technology that “actually gets stuff done” delivers, is to realise and accept, but not be so overly concerned as to be petrified to engage and seed investment funding/venture capital, that primary systems leadership automatically autonomously transfers to those highly motivated subject matter experts.

And fully dependent upon what any technology would be bringing/exploring/exploiting, such can end up being either a temporary fleeting arrangement or permanent irreversible situation with new leaderships in command and control of a thoroughly revised novel status quo.

Such though has always been the true nature of progress and the change is best considered as perfectly normal and an inescapable inevitability, with the only pertinent question left to be answered is whether existing leaderships are going to lead with a full acceptance of their changed role in support services, primarily ensuring secure engagement and unlimited seed investment funding/venture capital for the vital self-interest benefits and mutual advantages that future pioneering leadership can so effortlessly provide, mentor and monitor.
